Cleaning of Production Area
Maintain a hygienic production environment by performing structured daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning—covering floors (vacuum/scrub), walls, ceilings, equipment surfaces, and ventilation grilles using approved detergents and disinfectants to minimize contamination risks
Execute root-to-entry cleaning workflows during batch changeovers: sweep or vacuum loose particles, wet‑wipe surfaces with disinfectant solution, rinse with purified water, and visually inspect cleanliness before QA approval and logging .
Ensure cleaning validation and control through documented schedules, rotation of disinfectant agents (e.g., Savlon, Dettol, IPA), color-coded tools, environmental monitoring (swabs/particle testing), and detailed cleaning logs for audit readiness
